I'm Martin. I've spent 20+ years building teams in tech, and I run The People People Group, a 6,000+ member community of HR and recruiting professionals.

Why this exists

Making warm introductions is a huge part of what I do, especially connecting founders and VCs with top HR and Recruitment talent from our network to help build and improve the foundation of their people strategy.

But spending 15+ minutes on every intro email? That adds up fast.

So I built this tool to make it easier. Now I can create thoughtful, personalized intros in seconds.

A big part of The People People Group is connecting vetted members of our community to companies needing fractional or contract HR and recruitment support. We're usually chatting with VCs who intro us to their portfolio companies, founders, Chiefs of Staff, or other operational folks overseeing the people side of the business.
